The Left, Right, and Suffering

LEFT

1. Real suffering is avoided, hated, unfair                                        (the view of the spoiled child)
2. Victim-hood is glorified and becomes the center of the ideology
3. Government should make victims whole via the sword of government to take from others

RIGHT

1. Real suffering is rejoiced, sought after in service of others, fair  (the view of the responsible parent)
2. God (Love) is glorified and becomes the center of the ideology
3. Victims are better off having endured their suffering, they built character, they found hope
